Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospective customers in the showroom and via leads.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable vehicles, features, and finance options.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives.
- Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing in line with dealership guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and compliant sales documentation.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Stay current on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Maintain a professional showroom appearance and customer experience.
- Promote value-added services (insurance, warranties, accessories, service plans).
- Accurately capture and update customer info in the CRM system.
Requirements
- NQF 6 diploma or degree in sales or marketing is required.
- 12 years of proven vehicle sales experience (new or used) preferred.
- Valid drivers license (Code 8 / Code B).
- Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance, and registration is advantageous.
