What you’ll do
As a Sales Executive for Supervisory Technologies, you will champion the Regnology Supervisory Hub – the most widely used SupTech solution globally. Reporting to the Senior VP of SupTech Sales, you will serve as a strategic partner to regulators and public sector authorities, helping them transition to modern, cloud‑based collaborative platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Full Sales Cycle: Execute complex sales processes for our market‑leading product suite, including Cloud operations and implementation services.
- Business Development: Proactively identify new opportunities across allocated countries within the African regulatory landscape while maximizing value within existing client portfolios through up‑selling and cross‑selling.
- Strategic Presentations: Deliver high‑impact sales presentations that translate technical regulatory capabilities into clear business value for C‑level stakeholders.
- RFI/RFP Management: Lead the coordination of comprehensive responses to RFIs and RFPs, collaborating with technical experts to ensure winning submissions.
- Market Presence: Represent Regnology at key industry events and sales campaigns to expand our brand footprint in Africa.
- Pipeline Integrity: Maintain an accurate, data‑driven sales pipeline within our CRM and other sales tools to support global forecasting and strategic planning.

- Based in South Africa with a knowledge of local financial regulations.
- Strategic Acumen: Deep understanding of Sales KPIs and a track record of delivering consistent recurring software and service revenue (ARR).
- Negotiation Skills: Experienced in preparing complex business cases and managing contract negotiations at an institutional level.
- Linguistic Proficiency: excellent English communication skills.
- Educational Background: Completed university studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Business, Finance, IT or a related field.
