NUOPTIMA is an award-winning AI-Search and GEO agency serving eCommerce and Health & Wellness brands in the US and UK. We’re a fully remote team that has grown to seven figures in under three years. Due to the strong demand, we are looking to strengthen our sales team to win more clients on the back of a strong lead generation.

The Role
This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on growth, relationships, and long-term client success. You’ll lead our Discovery Call process, nurture relationships and win new clients.
You should own the sales process from first touch to signed agreement. You will earn commission on as many clients won as possible. Usually there are 20-30 calls per week of leads coming from our email outbound channel. Discovery calls are there to qualify the lead, map buying roles early and confirm decision criteria without dragging it out. You should drive agreements to signature, then set expectations and hand off cleanly.
We want someone who brings an executive mindset, who treats the business like their own, embraces ownership, and is ready to do what it takes to deliver results.

- Team habits. You swap tactics with peers, bring Product/CS in when it helps the buyer, and help create repeatable plays.
- Clear, concise communication. You write short updates, tidy emails, and keep notes that anyone can follow.
- Speed with quality. Fast follow‑up, fast scheduling, fast revisions and without dropping accuracy. Buyers never wonder where things stand.
- Negotiation without drama. You can navigate pricing, terms, and procurement professionally and keep relationships intact.
- Ethics and trust. You don’t overpromise. You set expectations clearly and keep them.
What You'll Actually Do
- Conduct 3-5 sales calls daily via Google Meet
- Handle straightforward follow-ups to convert interested prospects
- Hit 3-5 conversions monthly once ramped

- You’re sloppy with details (notes, follow-ups, times, links).
What You Bring
- 2–5 years in a closing role, ideally selling marketing/agency or recurring services.
- A track record of hitting or beating monthly targets.
- Natural competitiveness and hunger to win clients
- Fast response habits and relentless follow-up.
- Clear written and spoken English; confident on Zoom.
- Comfortable with light technical talk (we’ll coach deeper SEO).
- Experience with tools like Go High Level (or similar CRM), Slack, Notion, Google Workspace.
- Ability to work US hours.

Compensation
- Base Salary: 1,000 - 2,000 USD/month (This depends on your experience)
- Earning Potential: Commission is uncapped — the more clients you sign, the more you can build over time. 200% of the base salary is not uncommon.
