Location: Office-based in Cape Town

Remuneration: Basic + Commission (depending on experience)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team representing a leading UK deals platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established, fast-growing brand that continues to invest in expanding its market share.

In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing merchants—creating the very best deals for our customers, our partners, and the platform alike. You’ll take ownership of your region, driving sales through relationship‑building, negotiation, and exceptional service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and confident sales professional with 3+ years of B2B sales experience who can hit the ground running. You’ll need to be:

  • A confident communicator – comfortable reaching out to new prospects and reconnecting with previous clients.
  • Results‑driven – able to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
  • A strategic negotiator – capable of structuring compelling deals that benefit the consumer, the client, and the platform.
  • Commercially minded – understanding what makes deals attractive in the current consumer landscape.
  • Adaptable and insightful – keeping up with evolving consumer trends to identify high‑performing opportunities.
  • Resilient and proactive – skilled at handling objections and turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Collaborative – a team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong working relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact targeted businesses with the goal of onboarding quality merchants.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging pitches, presentations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals that are mutually beneficial for merchants, customers, and the platform.
  • Provide accurate information and excellent service to clients, maintaining long‑term relationships.
  • Continuously develop rapport and trust to enhance the company’s reputation in the market.
  • Meet and exceed weekly activity goals and monthly revenue targets.
