The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and delivering on revenue targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

This role requires a self-motivated professional with a strong technical understanding and proven experience in solution-based sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and business development activities within a designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical consultations.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and management) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) with a technical or sales qualification preferred.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales within the mining, industrial, or engineering sector.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
