New opportunity for a hotel Sales Executive with this established property based in Pretoria. The client is targeting those specialised in FIT, STO & Corporate segments.

About the role

To achieve the hotel’s budgets, revenue & market share objectives by sourcing, securing, & servicing B2B business across the STO (Static Tour Operator), FIT (Free Independent Traveler), & Corporate segments. This includes a strong emphasis on new business development, key account management, & tactical execution of sales strategies that drive both rooms & banqueting revenues. The role involves planning & implementing strategic sales actions, monitoring performance, & collaborating across departments to ensure delivery of high-quality guest & client experiences.

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Sales, or Business Administration
  • Strong knowledge of FIT, STO, & corporate sales cycles, client needs, & pricing strategies.
  • Experience working with corporate travel buyers, tour operators, wholesalers, and event planners.
Experience
  • Proven experience working with travel trade, corporate clients, & event planners, travel agents, tour operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), Corporate clients, Travel wholesalers, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) with B2B platforms.
  • Familiarity with South African source markets, feeder markets & their booking patterns

Salary Offered : R25000 – R30000 CTC + medical
