Requirements

Matric and / or relevant tertiary qualification

4 – 6 years’ experience in the industry

Proven track record in IT sales / account management, ideally within Microsoft solutions and services.

Strong ability to understand and translate client business needs into tailored technology solutions.

Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Ability to manage sales pipelines, proposals, and forecasts effectively.

A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new opportunities, grow our client’s customer base, and expand their market presence.

Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions across hardware, software, cloud, and managed services.

Achieve sales revenue and margin targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Participate in tender processes, prepare proposals, and collaborate with vendors to develop competitive pricing strategies.

Build strong relationships, ensure SLA commitments are met, resolve service queries, and act as a trusted advisor.

Promote and upsell cloud adoption and emerging technology solutions.

Work closely with Microsoft and other key vendors to stay aligned with sales strategies and opportunities.
