Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for property finance and the hustle to build your own pipeline? One of our top-tier financial services clients is expanding their residential lending team and is looking for ambitious Sales Consultants to join their dynamic, target-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing :

1. Source your own leads through proactive methods such as real estate partnerships, direct-to-client outreach, community engagements, social media, and corporate activations.
2. Assess client needs carefully and in detail; conduct financial assessments, understand credit profiles, and tailor solutions accordingly.
3. Present and close products that solve real problems, whether it's refinancing or a brand-new purchase.
4. Manage your pipeline from application to approval, ensuring full transparency and client satisfaction at every step.
5. Maintain post-sale relationships for referrals and future business.

What We're Looking For :

1. 2+ years of sales success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
2. Proven track record of proactively generating leads (experience in real estate, finance, or insurance is a plus).
3. Matric certificate, valid driver's license, and reliable transport.
