A specialized recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Executive in Centurion to drive sales for waterproofing and industrial coatings. The ideal candidate should have a proven sales track record, strong negotiation skills, and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include developing business, building relationships, and exceeding sales targets. The position offers a basic salary of R25, plus commission and car allowance.
We are looking for a technical-minded sales professional to manage and grow the sales of our client's advanced waterproofing, damp proofing, and industrial coatings range.
You will be the primary contact for specifying and selling solutions to a high-level professional audience.
Salary : Basic R25, (starting) + Car Allowance + Commission (OTE R50k – R80k p / m).
Drive new business development for waterproofing and specialist coating solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Property Developers, and Facility / Maintenance Managers.
Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs and recommend the correct technical solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure solutions are specified correctly from the design phase.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Proven sales track record in a technical or construction-related field.
Essential Experience : A network and strong track record of selling to architects, property developers, or large-scale maintenance managers.
Ability to grasp technical product information quickly.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to clients.
A qualification or strong knowledge in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
