  • Maintain strong relationships with both retail and trade customers.
  • Coordinate with our fitment team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of 4x4 accessories and vehicle fitment solutions
  • Sales experience and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and maintain a neat showroom
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in sales or automotive fields are a plus
  • Enthusiasm for 4x4
  • Proven sales experience (automotive or 4x4 industry an advantage)
  • Strong product knowledge or a passion for the off-road lifestyle
  • Computer literacy (Zoho, Excel, or similar CRM tools preferred)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Service Role
