Energetic, enthusiastic, committed, strong character, strong customer liaison/service skills. Will be required to submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Must be trustworthy and able to work independently within disciplines and boundaries. Must be technically minded due to nature of our business. Must have ability to build and keep relationships, and skills to gain new business. Cold call in the area to increase market share and achieve set budget, create a pipeline of healthy leads to convert into rentals.
