Main Outcomes

Own the outbound sales process end‑to‑end, hitting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.

Fill and maintain a robust, qualified pipeline of mid‑market and enterprise prospects.

Deliver engaging demos and proposals that convert trials into closed‑won deals.

Collaborate with Operations and Support to ensure a seamless handover and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high‑volume cold calls, email cadences and LinkedIn outreach; qualify leads using BANT / CHAMP frameworks and build accurate decision‑maker maps.
  • Solution Selling & Demos: Tailor and deliver product demonstrations of our PBX, VoIP, reporting and analytics features; overcome objections, elevate blockers, and co‑create commercial proposals.
  • Closing & Handover: Negotiate contracts, secure signatures and collaborate on implementation planning; ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success with all technical and commercial details.
  • CRM & Forecasting: Maintain up‑to‑date records in Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot; produce weekly pipeline reports and accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or a related field is a plus.
  • 3+ years' outbound B2B sales success (telecom, SaaS or related tech).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a mid‑market or enterprise environment.
  • Solid understanding of VoIP / PBX / SIP technologies and ability to translate features into business value.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
