Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Sales Executive to join a well-established Tyre & Fitment Centre in Eastern Cape

Duties
  • Achieve sales goals and drive profitability in line with management targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, client visits, and relationship building.
  • Advise customers on product availability, performance, pricing, and correct fitment requirements.
  • Promote and sell additional products and services (upselling on specials, rims, tyres, fitment services).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolve queries, and follow up on service quality.
  • Provide accurate sales reports, updates, and feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and management on promotions and initiatives.
  • Travel to visit customers, other branches, and attend training sessions as required.
Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12) with a valid driver’s licence (compulsory).
  • 2–5 years’ sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
  • Computer literacy (Excel, data entry software, Microsoft Access).
  • Resilient, proactive, and target-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to handle cash or finances responsibly.
  • Willingness to travel, work under pressure, and continuously learn through sales and product training.
