Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for HVAC products and services.
- Identify and target potential customers in the commercial and industrial sectors, including contractors, building owners, and Facility Managers.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and propose suitable HVAC solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for customers.
- Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations and negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and the successful implementation of sold HVAC systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and controls.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
