Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for HVAC products and services.
  • Identify and target potential customers in the commercial and industrial sectors, including contractors, building owners, and Facility Managers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and propose suitable HVAC solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for customers.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations and negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and the successful implementation of sold HVAC systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and controls.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
