Analyse customer needs and provide technical solutions. Develop and present proposals to clients. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to achieve sales targets.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse customer requirements and design customized solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product capabilities
  • Consult with clients on technical solutions, analyse and develop respective specifications for its realization
  • Develop proposals and quotations based on customer specifications
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet technical requirements
  • Stay abreast with relevant technologies, establish and maintain a network with (potential) clients, partners, universities, associations and other institutions
Your Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Strong technical and commercial background
  • Professional experience in the field of sales of at least 5 years (preferably Industrial & OEM sectors (Offroad, Power Transmission, Railway, Raw Materials))
  • Experience in channel management
  • Proven record of success within the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Effective collaboration in a matrix environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, reliability, and commitment
  • Strong drive for results
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)
