As we expand our digital sales channels, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & E-Commerce Administrator to help us grow our online presence and manage our marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on Takealot, Amazon, and Shopify (or similar platforms).
  • Print waybills, labels and book couriers; process and track online orders, returns, and customer queries efficiently.
  • Raise invoices on Xero Accounting; coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and the sales team to ensure smooth fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate stock and sales data, prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Assist the sales team with quotations, invoices, and CRM updates.
  • Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements to listings and promotions.
  • Support online marketing initiatives (SEO, product descriptions, ads).
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in e-commerce administration or sales support.
  • Computer literacy a must as well as Xero Accounting knowledge.
  • Hands‑on experience with Takealot Seller Portal or Amazon Seller Central (mandatory).
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfortable using ERP or CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or product merchandising is a plus.
