A leading insurance company in South Africa is seeking a Sales and Distribution Specialist to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have expertise in B2B sales, particularly in long-term insurance, and will focus on building lasting relationships with clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Distribution, the Sales and Distribution Specialist will be instrumental in generating sales, expanding our client base, and retaining existing clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
We are looking for an experienced B2B salesperson with a strong focus on long-term insurance who will develop and manage relationships with businesses to promote our comprehensive insurance solutions and services.
Your responsibilities will include driving sales growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of all Sena products and services.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote Sena products and services. Analyze data and customer needs to optimize offerings. Identify and target potential business clients in need of long-term insurance and COID solutions. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to fund transfers efficiently.
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales tactics and make necessary adjustments.
Work closely with finance, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth fund transfer processes. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, illustrating the benefits of our insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and requirements.
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Stay updated on industry regulations and trends in the Insurance industry.
Sales Expertise :
Proven experience in sales, particularly in financial services or employee benefits.
