This role requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of the market, and collaboration with the US leadership team.Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy and Collaboration : Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Western US region while achieving sales targetsBrand Development and Awareness : Work closely with the Marketing team to enhance brand development and awareness in the United States while supporting and representing the company in marketing projects such as trade shows and online / offline eventsCustomer Relationship Management : Maintain and develop relationships with regional entities and potential customers and follow up on contract execution, including PO placing, delivery and trainingMarket Intelligence : Actively monitor the landscape of the industry, providing valuable information and intel to senior leadershipQualifications : Bachelor's of Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline10+ years of sales experience within the energy industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of the electrical and electronics manufacturing market especially Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or battery storage with a robust network of industry connectionsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent communication skills with a fully client-facing approachDemonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plansStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel as needed within the Western US regionHiTHIUM manufactures top quality stationary energy storage products for leading large-scale energy project developers as well as commercial and industrial customers.We're driven by our dedication to quality because that's what our customers, the energy transition, and future generations deserve.
