Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. This is a remote role based in South Africa, with the objective of researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers to create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

As an SDR, you will own the top of the funnel, craft personalized outbound sequences, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.

Formación

• B2B sales experience preferred. Full-cycle closers who have carried a quota are welcome.
• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.

About The Role
