Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft outreach to book qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality, and you will maintain clean records while feeding the sales team with feedback.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities
