Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients, with thoughtful outreach using leading tools.

This full-time role is remote within South Africa; you will use Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator to hit volume targets while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools and prospecting sequences.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.

What You Will Own
