Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Formación

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.

About The Role

It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
