Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

Responsibilities include identifying ICPs, building contact lists, crafting outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, and booking discovery calls for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
