Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow‑up emails to engage potential clients and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Book meetings or demos for Account Executives and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) to manage and track outreach activity.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and qualified leads.
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies through data‑driven insights and feedback.
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Fluent English (Verbal & Written)
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills over the phone.
  • Comfortable handling objections and managing a high volume of calls daily.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement software.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in SaaS, marketing, or digital services is a plus.
