Sales Development Representative (SDR) - SaaS Tech B2B - R480-R600k OTE

About the Role:

As an SDR at OfferZen, your outreach will be instrumental in driving our mission forward. Every opportunity you generate will have a direct impact on OfferZen’s growth trajectory.

You’ll work closely with a small team of experienced sellers and founders to help build our sales engine. You’ll start off in a 6-month fixed-term contract and have the opportunity to ramp up into more senior roles like AE. OfferZen has a great brand in the local tech ecosystem - the majority of your outreach will be warm. You’ll get to work in an environment where you’re supported by the business in its entirety - RevOps makes sure you’re set up for success with the right tooling and reporting. You’ll have incredible support from marketing who generate warm and inbound leads for you to work.

What You’ll Do:

As an SDR, you will be the driving force behind our outbound lead generation. You will identify potential customers, reach out to key decision-makers, and hold meaningful sales conversations. Your day-to-day includes:

  • Researching and identifying high-quality leads.
  • Executing multi-channel outreach (cold emails, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
  • Nurturing relationships and generating qualified meetings for our Account Managers.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to fine-tune outreach strategies.
What Success Looks Like:
  • You’re consistently producing qualified opportunities.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, that result in lead progression and customer acquisition.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 6+ months of experience as a Sales Development Representative, in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience consistently generating new business pipeline - primarily through phone conversations.
  • Skilled at crafting effective messaging and copy for sales campaigns.
  • Hands-on approach and passion for creating and nurturing leads.
  • Startup experience in companies with <200 employees is a plus.
  • Open to working 3 days in office in Kloof Street, Cape Town
