About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive growth in the software and SaaS space. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, building relationships, qualifying opportunities, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. This role is perfect for someone who’s energetic, goal-driven, and eager to learn the ins and outs of professional services/consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, identify, and reach out to new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring strong fit before handing off to the sales team
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, product demos, or meetings for account executives
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM
  • Research target companies and industries to tailor outreach and messaging
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and generate interest
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline targets
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in tech)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage C-level and decision-makers
  • A self-starter mindset with resilience and drive to achieve targets
  • Comfort using CRMs, prospecting tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about software solutions
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Nice-to-Have
  • Prior experience in Professional Services/Consulting
