As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, building new relationships, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to present our offerings in a compelling and confident manner. Every potential customer represents an opportunity to drive revenue growth, enhance customer acquisition, and contribute to overall profitability.

Objectives of the Role
  • Represent the companys products and services with a comprehensive understanding of how they meet client needs.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, engaging sales executives for next steps.
  • Identify and implement best practices to refine the companys lead generation strategy.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Utilize Zoho CRM, cold calling, and email campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospect needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify them as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives.
  • Report to the Sales Director with weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance results.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelors degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a proven record of exceeding lead targets.
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking.
