We're looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our sales team. You will be responsible for placing approximately 200 cold outbound calls a day to specific UK industries and verticals to generate opportunities for our team of Business Development Managers (BDMs).
As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads through cold calling and lead generation activities. You will work closely with the Sales teams to generate and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients, helping to set the stage for the sales team to close deals.
In addition to a base salary, we also offer an attractive commission structure in place for hitting Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) targets.
Salary: R465 000 - R644 000 a year
Bonus structure OTE: 50-75% of base salary
