A leading delivery solutions company is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their sales team. You will be responsible for making around 200 cold outbound calls daily to generate leads for Business Development Managers. We're looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our sales team. You will be responsible for placing approximately 200 cold outbound calls a day, to specific UK industries and verticals, to generate opportunities for our team of Business Development Managers (BDMs).
As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads through cold calling and lead generation activities. You will work closely with the Sales teams to generate and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients, helping to set the stage for the sales team to close deals.
In addition to a base salary, we also offer an attractive commission structure in place for hitting Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) targets.
Salary range is base salary + bonus.
R465 000 - R644 000 a year
Bonus structure OTE: 50‑75% of base salary
