Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will craft thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, email and phone and maintain CRM records to support the sales team.

This full‑time remote role in South Africa requires 2 years in an SDR/BDR capacity, strong writing skills, and familiarity with Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable
