Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, while representing Blacksmith Agency to potential clients.

Responsibilities include researching ideal accounts, building contact lists, crafting outbound sequences, and booking discovery calls for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
