Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book qualified meetings to fuel our sales pipeline.

This full-time remote role supports SA-wide outreach, utilizing tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce to manage outreach and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience researching accounts and building ICP-based contact lists.
• Ability to manage and forecast an outbound pipeline in a CRM.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and multi-channel outreach.

What You Bring

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
