A high-growth organization is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Associate) based in Observatory, Cape Town. Training Period: The first 3 months will be full-time (8am till 5pm) in the office for training and onboarding.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with 2 years of experience who is ready to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will have the chance to make a meaningful impact by connecting businesses with the Legal and IT solutions they need to succeed.
Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying potential clients within target industries and generating qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Relationship building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts at client companies, understanding their business challenges and goals.
Needs analysis: Conducting in-depth consultations to assess client needs and identify opportunities to match their requirements with the company’s products or services.
Solution selling: Presenting customized proposals and demonstrating how the company’s offerings can address specific client pain points and deliver value.
Account management: Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients, managing renewals, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
Market knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to effectively position the company’s offerings.
Must be flexible to work in US hours.
