Key Responsibilities
- Launch outbound sales efforts through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Make + cold calls per day to prospects in the B2B tech and SaaS sectors.
- Identify pain points and communicate relevant solutions aligned with client offerings.
- Personalize outreach based on company insights and buyer personas.
- Support inbound lead qualification and coordinate handoffs to Account Executives.
- Partner with sales and marketing to synchronize messaging and audience targeting.
- Maintain structured notes and accurate data in sales tech stacks.
- Analyze what's working and refine outreach tactics based on metrics and feedback.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client outreach.
- Experience in SaaS, marketing, consulting, or enterprise services is a strong advantage.
- Strong English communication skills (French and Arabic are a plus, not required).
- Confidence with outbound calling and business conversations.
- Comfortable making + outbound calls per day and managing high-volume activity goals.
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
- Familiarity with sales technology tools like CRMs, dialers, and lead enrichment platforms.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different client products, industries, and sales motions.
- A curiosity-driven mindset and willingness to experiment with messaging and approach.
