Job Title : Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location : Remote — Must align with UK working hours (9:00–17:00 UK time)

Reports To : Head of Business Development

Our client is a UK-based HubSpot Solutions Partner helping B2B organisations unlock predictable revenue growth through strategic consulting, HubSpot implementation, and sales enablement.

They are a fast-growing, fully remote team driven by learning, impact, and collaboration—empowering clients to operate smarter and scale faster through systems that actually work.

Why This Role Matters

Builds and fuels the top of the sales funnel for the company’s consulting pipeline.

Partners closely with the Head of Business Development on outbound projects and client campaigns.

Drives early momentum for new business initiatives and revenue growth.

Plays a visible role in shaping sales outcomes and client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Top‑of‑Funnel Execution:
    • Research and build targeted lead lists for outbound campaigns.
    • Execute multi-touch outbound sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn).
    • Personalize outreach, run A/B tests, and optimise based on engagement metrics.
    • Book qualified discovery calls and ensure seamless hand-offs to the Head of BD.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, including notes, outcomes, and activity logs.
    • Utilize enrichment and sequencing tools (Clay, Apollo) and telephony systems.
    • Ensure full compliance with GDPR, PECR, and DNC regulations in all outreach.
Required Skills & Attributes
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident, professional phone manner.
  • Naturally curious, coachable, and resilient — comfortable working under targets.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with strong data discipline.
  • Some experience working within a structured sales process or toward defined KPIs (calls, emails, meetings).
  • Consistent follow-through and accountability in managing pipeline activities.
Preferred Experience
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM, Apollo / Clay, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets (e.g., lead tracking, activity metrics).
  • Prior exposure to B2B outbound sales or agency environments.
