Position : Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Work Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST

Pay Range : $1,-$1, / month (Final offer depends on client approval and overall assessment of candidate skills and experience)

Location of Search : South Africa

Work Location : REMOTE

We are seeking a motivated and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound outreach to independent insurance agents.

The SDR will be responsible for making high-volume daily calls with the primary goal of booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone articulate, determined, and eager to learn; no prior insurance industry experience required.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound calls daily to independent insurance agents (not State Farm).
  • Book qualified meetings directly into the sales calendar.
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM and pre-built automated email campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of prospects.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity / booking targets.
