Reach out to warm leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Build rapport with potential clients and guide them through the booking process.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable cleaning solutions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Hit and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock uncapped commission.
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or direct sales.
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Resilience under pressure and a positive attitude when handling objections.
R25,000 / month on-target earnings (R8,000 base + uncapped commission).
40 days paid leave annually.

Experience in phone-based sales, consistently meeting targets.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and tracking performance.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
