A leading technology company in Johannesburg seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance business development and support the sales team. Responsibilities include generating opportunities, maintaining Salesforce CRM, and developing relationships with new prospects. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience. This role offers a chance to thrive in a dynamic team environment.

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with new potential customers, cold calling, doing research into current markets, identifying suitable leads, and setting up of potential meetings / demos on behalf of the team. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience or have the tenacity to develop leads from market research, cold-calling and email / marketing campaigns.
You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first point of contact, until the deal is handed over to the relevant BDE.
You will also ensure proper follow up on leads built in the pipeline to maintain a constant flow of opportunities.
