Sales Development Representative (Global Markets US Hours)

Location: Johannesburg South Africa

Working Hours: 2pm 11pm SAST (aligning with US business hours)

Were scaling rapidly across North America and were looking for driven ambitious talent to help us accelerate that growth.

Your Role : Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an SDR at VATIT STREAM youll be the first point of contact for potential clients across global markets especially in North America.

Youll uncover opportunities build relationships and spark interest in VATIT STREAMs solutions that simplify global trade reduce costs and optimize supply chains.

Every conversation you start and every meeting you secure will have a direct impact on our success and expansion.

Job Requirements
  • Identify and research potential clients across global and North American markets.
  • Conduct targeted outreach via calls emails and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
  • Introduce prospects to VATIT STREAMs International Trade Playbook showing how our platform simplifies global trade.
  • Collaborate with department heads to build strategies for engaging our US-based ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
  • Book at least 20 qualified meetings per month.
  • Ensure at least 50% of meetings convert into qualified opportunities.
  • Deliver 100% clean detailed handovers to BDMs via HubSpot for smooth transitions and excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications
  • Based in Johannesburg South Africa.
  • Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-scaling global business.
  • Skilled communicator with exceptional relationship-building ability.
  • A data-driven mindset and proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and knowledge of lead qualification frameworks (e.g. BANT MEDDIC SPIN) are advantageous.
  • Background in international trade logistics or compliance is beneficial.
  • Competitive ambitious and resilient you thrive in fast-paced scaling environments.
