About the Role

Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing sales team.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Utilize HubSpot (CRM), cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Connect with potential customers through a variety of inputs (phone, chats, email).
  • You''ll be talking to small business customers in a variety of industries, so every day will be different.
  • Get stuck into the needs and problems a prospect faces in running their business and identify how we can help them.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
  • Work with the Sales team to provide the best customer experience and exposure to our products.
  • Communicate with multiple departments to ensure feedback is communicated around initiatives, products, and campaigns.
  • Track key information in our CRM for follow‑up and analytics.
  • Continue to work on their skills through continuous feedback from other team members and leaders.
Requirements
  • Have 1-2 years experience in a sales role (Saa S experience a bonus)
  • Experience with outbound sales calls
  • Love to find ways to make technology understandable and relatable.
  • Highly organized and have great attention to detail - Time management will be critical to your success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as you''ll be chatting with customers and trialists all day via phone, email, and Whats App.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Have a creative streak and love finding new ways to connect with customers.
