  • Maintain a high daily call and outreach volume, ensuring consistent contact activity.
  • Build rapport and book qualified meetings for client sales executives.
  • Use CRM tools to accurately record activity and manage pipelines.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging.
  • Nurture cold and warm leads through effective follow-up sequences.

The Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound engagement, lead qualification, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify opportunities for our partners
  • Maintain a high daily call and outreach volume, ensuring consistent contact activity and follow-ups

  • Use CRM tools to accurately record activity, update lead statuses, and manage pipelines
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Nurture cold and warm leads through effective follow-up sequences
  • Handle objections confidently, positioning value and benefits to drive interest
  • Stay up to date on client products, services, and value propositions to ensure effective communication
  • Track performance against daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

  • Previous experience selling into the UK market is an advantage but not essential
  • Salary : Negotiable, dependent on experience, up to R25, basic + uncapped commission + transport allowance + post-probation benefits.
