Job summary

Catch, based in South Africa, is expanding its Sales Development team. We seek individuals who are passionate about sales, take extreme ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will research target accounts, perform outbound prospecting, and become a domain and product expert. You will use tools like SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator to maximize results, monitor metrics, and contribute to a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior sales development or other customer-facing experience.
• Coachable and wants to learn and constantly improve.
• GRIT - passion and resilience.
• Ambition.
• Strong listener and communicator.
• Not afraid of sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and contacts.
• Outbound prospect (cold-calling - phone, email, LinkedIn, video, voice note) the right contacts within your target accounts.
• Become a domain and product expert.
• Leverage tools such as SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator to maximise the return of your hard work.
• Be mindful of your metrics and leveraging data to drive decision making.
• Achieve your booked and held meetings quota and contribute to meaningful sales pipeline and closed won revenue.
