Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our team across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, build accurate contact lists, and maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records while hitting volume targets with quality touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
