Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As SDR, you will own the top of the funnel: researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects for our Account Executives.

You will craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain clean Salesforce records and test messaging to improve targeting. Previous SDR/BDR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
