Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote role within South Africa, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline and staying coachable.

What You Will Own

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.

What You Bring

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
