SALES CONSULTANT (SPA & WELLNESS)

WEST RAND & SURROUNDS GAUTENG WEST - South Africa

START : 01 November 2025 / ASAP

REPORT TO : National Sales Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS :

• Monday to Friday
• 08 : 00am - 17 : 00pm
• Closed on weekends & major public holidays
• Closed annually over Christmas & New Year break

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS :

• R14,000-00 Basic Salary per month
• Sales Commission earned
• Sales Incentives earned on new accounts opened
• Petrol Card (for company use only)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Based in West Rand or within reasonable travel distance
• Able to travel to outlining areas including North West Province
• Formal qualification (Diploma / Degree) in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology
• On the road / B2B sales experience within Spa, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries
• Sales driven - this is the core KPI for this role
• Comfortable being on the road - this job requires a lot of traveling and driving
• Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer literate
• Own car and valid driver license - not negotiable
• Ability to work independently with support from Head Office as well as alongside team members
• Available to assist when operationally required for road shows, expos or launches
• Able to travel to other areas of the Cape including Southern Suburbs, Deep South, Atlantic Seaboard, Somerset West, Hermanus & Gansbaai

• CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc. Internationally accredited certification
