Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel activity across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, craft outreach, and book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will operate remotely within SA, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to maintain a clean pipeline and hit ambitious pipeline targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
