Fidelity Services Group is seeking driven Sales Consultants to source and close security solutions, including alarm systems, CCTV and related equipment. You will develop relationships with estate agents, builders, and architects while achieving monthly targets.

Applicants should have prior sales experience, knowledge of intruder detection equipment, and a valid driver's license with own vehicle. PSIRA Grade C registration is advantageous.

Qualificações

• Matric or equivalent qualification is required.
• PSIRA Grade C registration is required or preferred.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and close deals, sourcing both self-generated and internal leads.
• Cultivate relationships with estate agents, builders, architects and other stakeholders to grow business.
• Provide regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) to track progress and ensure targets are met.
• Maintain administrative duties related to sales with meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, providing invaluable security solutions to our valued customers.
• Drive sales of innovative alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and more to meet the evolving needs of our clientele.
• Exceed monthly sales targets through your proactive approach and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods sales, showcasing your ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX or other alarm systems is advantageous, demonstrating your technical acumen.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• PSIRA registered - Grade C
