Job summary

Fidelity Services Group (Pty) Ltd in Wes-Kaap is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive sales of armed monitoring contracts, alarm upgrades, CCTV systems, and other security solutions. You will source leads, close deals, and build relationships with estate agents and businesses.

You must have proven sales success, PSIRA Grade C, matric, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Strong communication and reporting are essential to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum matric or equivalent qualification.
• PSIRA registration - Grade C.
• Experience in selling capital goods with proven targets.
• Knowledge of alarm systems (IDS, DSC, AJAX) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close deals, leveraging self-sourced leads and internal opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders to drive growth.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to track progress and ensure targets are met.
• Maintain administrative duties related to sales with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods sales, showcasing your ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX or other alarm systems is advantageous, demonstrating your technical acumen.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• PSIRA registered - Grade C
