Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in South Africa is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow the client base and implement effective sales strategies. Candidates must have a diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years' sales experience. The role includes engaging clients, processing orders, and compiling reports. A valid driver’s license is also required. The salary for this position is R800 000.

KEY RESULT AREAS

• Ability to grow existing client base and identify potential customers.

• Ensure orders are processed in timely manner
• Excellent communicator, with the ability to engage face to face with clients

• Compile required reporting for management on a weekly basis

• Cold calling
• Engage with developers and architects to close loop between Client and Merchant
• Gain Specifications – Introduce Client’s products, and influence the product being specified in projects
• Build and maintain relationships with indirect customers
• Advise on the right product for the right application

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Computer literacy – MS Office
• Valid driver’s license

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales
